1 Basic 9” Pie Crust (unbaked)
2 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp butter
Sprinkle flour and sugar into pie crust; mix gently. Add milk; stir with fingers until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Dot with butter. Bake at 375 until mixture boils, at least one hour. Cool.
